CACAYE Fermented Beauty product formulations are developed in our lab in Largo, Florida. We expertly source the most skin-nourishing fruits, flowers, and oils on earth. These potent botanicals are then supercharged in a breakthrough lab fermentation process. Fermentation further activates the ingredients, producing higher vibration proprietary blends with a higher density of nutrients and amino acids.

CACAYE is manufactured in the USA. CACAYE is developed in our R&D lab and manufactured in our plant in Largo, Florida.

CACAYE formulas are cruelty free and will never be tested on animals. We are 100% cruelty free.

All CACAYE products are vegan and gluten free, as they do not contain any animal derivatives or gluten-based ingredients.

CACAYE formulas do not contain any of the following ingredients:

Sulfates: SLS and SLES, Parabens, Formaldehydes, Formaldehyde-releasing agents, Phthalates, Mineral Oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Oxybenzone, Coal Tar, Hydroquinone, Triclosan, Triclocarban, Undisclosed Synthetic Fragrances, Acrylates, Aluminum Salts, Animal Oils/Musks/Fats, Benzophenone and Related Compounds, Butoxyethanol, Carbon Black, Lead/Lead Acetate, Methyl Cellosolve and Methoxyethanol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, Mercury and Mercury Compounds (Thimerosal), Insoluble Plastic Microbeads, Resorcinol, Talc, Toluene, BHA/BHT, Ethanolamines DEA/TEA/MEA/ETA, Nanoparticles as defined by EU, Petrolatum and Parrafin, Phenoxyethanol, Polyacrylamide and Acrylamide, Styrene (Bromostyrene, Deastyrene/Acrylates/Dvb Copolymer, Sodium Styrene/Divinylbenzene Copolymer, Styrene Oxide), 1, 4 Dioxane.

CACAYE products do not contain Palm Oil. However, some of our formulas may include Palm Oil derivatives that are aligned with the standards set by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). The RSPO has developed a set of environmental and social criteria which we comply with to produce Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO). This alignment helps to minimize the negative impact of Palm Oil cultivation on the environment and communities in Palm Oil-producing regions.

We evaluate each of our formulas internally with the help of independent clinical laboratories, friends, and family. Not a single formula submission is approved until we know it’s 100% safe and effective, even for the most sensitive skin types.

Our mission is to be at least 90% recyclable. Here’s how we stack up:

Our lids are made of PP plastic – a sustainable material that is entirely recyclable, not biodegradable. Unlike other plastics, it can be used repeatedly, preventing it from ending up in a landfill. 

Our glass jars are fully recyclable.

Our inner lids are made of ABS plastic, which is 100% recyclable, not biodegradable.

All shipping boxes will be made of recycled corrugated cardboard.

CACAYE products are currently only available for personal use. By purchasing CACAYE products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for personal use.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

Gift card refunds will be available right away on your original gift card.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

We recommend checking your card's billing details (such as security and zip code), making sure they match what has been entered into our system, and that your card is not expired.

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at support@CACAYE.com. We’re happy to help!

To apply a discount code, just enter it in the corresponding field at checkout. If the code isn't working, it could be invalid, expired, or may have already been used.

You can use only one promotion or discount code per order but can still receive free shipping when using a promo code if your order qualifies.
